This program is open to kids ages 5 to 14.

Practices: Every Monday & Wednesday 5-6PM

Your child will learn static and dynamic stretching, form drills, speed, endurance, field event such as hurdles and javelin…and much more! We focus on ensuring proper form and technique while keeping it low pressure and fun. The goal of this season is to maintain fitness levels, increase speed, improve endurance and become better athletes!
