Sign up for this extremely unique opportunity for your kids to run in NJ’s premier indoor track and field facility! All practices will be held on a 200 meter, 6 lane indoor college running track!

Our program is a great way to improve your child's running, keep them in shape and active during the cold winter months in an indoor heated facility! Your child will learn static and dynamic stretching, pacing, form drills, speed and field events (long jump, javelin, shot put and more)!

We work on agility, endurance, teamwork and competition. This program is for kids of all levels and abilities, and as such, practices are hosted in a fun, low pressure environment.

This program is open to kids ages 5 to 14.

Practices: Tuesdays 6PM-7PM at The Bogota Savings Bank Center, Hackensack NJ

Dates: January 14th - March 11th (no practice will be held on January 28th).
